Marianne
Adoradio  |
Marianne
Adoradio has an undergraduate degree in business and a
master's degree in counseling. She worked in high tech
and medical devices for over 15 years on the operations
side, but she was always involved with new product development
teams. For the past 10 years, she has been in the career
development field in her own private practice, where she
performed training and counseling for local organizations,
including the former Career Action Center. She co-designed
and implemented IBM's career center in San Jose from 1997
through 2002. |
Christine
LeMay  |
Born
and raised in Germany, Christine LeMay came to the Bay
Area in 1992. She completed her bachelor's degree in global
economics at the University of California, Santa Cruz,
and her master's in career development from John F. Kennedy
University. After working at the Oakland Career Center
as a career counselor, she moved to the Marketing Department
at Siemens Enterprise Networks, where she experienced
the affects of downsizing firsthand.
Christine
began working at NOVA as a drop-in career advisor and
has been employed as a business liaison for the past
two years. In this role, she combines her knowledge
of career services with her experience with the corporate
world.

Rhonda
Pryor |
Rhonda
Pryor, holder of a Bachelor's of Business Administration
degree, has worked for NOVA for nearly three years. Prior
to joining NOVA, Rhonda worked for the Career Action Center
in Cupertino and oversaw educational, professional mentoring,
and community outreach programs. She has over ten years'
experience in training, management, and project management
in such diverse environments as career services, high
technology, and specialty chemical industries. |
Pat
Richards |
Pat
Richards has over 15 years' experience in working with
corporate accounts and companies' career management
needs within Silicon Valley. As a Business Liaison at
NOVA, she works with businesses to provide solutions
for staffing, professional development, and layoff needs.
Pat also serves as a member of the Board of Directors
for the Mountain View Chamber of Commerce.
Prior
to NOVA, Pat managed career centers for IBM (Austin),
Sun Microsystems, and TRW (Redondo Beach).

Katherine
Yagel |
Prior
to coming to NOVA, Katherine Yagel was an independent
career consultant with clients from Applied Materials,
Brocade, and Cisco, and also ran a career transition
center for Agilent Technologies. Katherine's career
is based in high technology with 15 years in domestic
and international marketing, training (technical and
management), and project management. She gives frequent
talks on self-marketing and career planning for groups
such as the Commonwealth Club and for companies including
Hewlett Packard, Agilent Technologies, and Lockheed
Martin.
Katherine
holds both bachelor's and master's degrees in psychology
and an MBA specializing in international management
and organizational development from Cambridge University.
