Student Recruiting Outlook 2006 – A Roadmap for Campus Recruiters

In January of this year Steve Pollock, president of WetFeet, a San Francisco-based recruitment solutions provider, published a white paper entitled, "Student Recruiting Outlook 2006" which summarizes the company's recommendations for 2006 and includes feedback from top recruiters.

Pollock noted that competition for student talent has continued to strengthen over the last three years, setting the stage for a very competitive 2006. He predicted that the key to attracting and hiring top candidates in 2006 would be much savvier recruiting efforts based on building deep and trusting relationships with candidates.

For the past seven years WetFeet has conducted extensive annual research on recruiting trends and provided customized research for top employers. To order WetFeet research, or for more information about their services, visit www.wetfeetresearch.com or e-mail them at research@wetfeet.com.
